So you may be asking what are our TNTs?  these are our "tiny noticeable things" which we are very proud of. Part of our service is a commitment to you of excellence, commitment as in what service we provide to you, and excellence as is the high level of our craftsmanship. So without further ado here are our TNTs.

We are punctual and show up when we say we will.

We are respectful of your privacy and well-being. We will wear masks should you want us to. We wear a uniform which shows our high level of professionalism.

We are respectful of your property and close gates and work around your loved things etc and pet friendly.

We wash your frames and sills each time. Frames and sills are washed down. 

If there is a build-up of algae or other contaminants we can advise you further if you wish.

JOB COMPLETE MESSAGE SERVICE. We will WhatsApp you when the clean is done if you are not at home with a picture that is timestamped. ****ONLY AVAILABLE ON WhatsApp/SIGNAL/TELEGRAM/MESSENGER*** a really useful feature if you own a holiday home etc. Some clients ask us for a quick report on their property and we are more than happy to do this.

Text on route service, if you want we can text you before we are due say one hour before

You can pay cash or by BACS (bank transfer) using online banking or you can set up a standing order.

You will have access via our website to your very own calendar so you can see your upcoming jobs, payment info, etc. We will create a login for you when you become a customer
