Our pricing is upfront and straightforward, estimates are free :)
Windows outside clean regular 4 weekly start from £18.50 (up to a 3-bed semi)
we do not over cleaning schedules over 4 weeks
We do the insides too and that is priced on further inspection
First clean may incur a small additional charge depending on the condition
A conservatory is priced per panel and size dependant
Solar panels are £5 each with a £30 minimum charge (bungalow or easy access, prices go from there depending on difficulty/height
Gutter/downpipe/fascia/soffet algae removal is £5.00 per linear metre for a bungalow, prices go from there depending on difficulty/height
Moss removal is £4.50 per square metre (bungalow or easy access, prices go from there depending on difficulty/height. Add preventative treatment spray at £1.00 per square metre

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via BACs/cheque/cash or crypto. Payment is requested within 24 hours. If you need payment terms please let me know in advance. I will remind you if payment is late.
